Web Design, Development & Creative Conferences in the South

Not all web conferences happen in London, there are some great ones in the South, not too far from my home town of Portsmouth. I haven’t been to all of these, but they’ve come highly recommended. Here’s a little sneak peak at what’s going on in Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex this year.

Barcamp Bournemouth

Barcamp Bournemouth descibes itself as an ‘unconference’, the idea is that you turn up, and are encouraged to put yourself forward to do a talk on something. You don’t have to, you can turn up to spectate, but it’s a great way to see a huge variety of talks over a day.
