  • To keep you informed of any upcoming events, competitions, promote articles on our site, or otherwise provide relevant information.
  • Give you updates on our sponsors.
  • It is required to process any ticket sales.

How do we collect and store it?

You can sign up to our mailing list via the following methods:

  • Register on our site www.pfmeet.co.uk (to post a job)
  • Sign up to our mailing list at www.pfmeet.co.uk (stored in Campaign Monitor)
  • Sign up for or purchase an event ticket through EventBrite.

We do not collect or store any personal data or payment details on our servers, they are all collected and stored by secure third parties (Campaign Monitor & Eventbrite) who have their own privacy policies.

Who is it shared with?

Your data privacy is important to us, and is only visible to authorised people who work with Portsmouth Freelancers Meet and for Starboard Media Ltd. Starboard Media Ltd are the founders/organisers of Portsmouth Freelancers Meet.

We do not under any circumstances share your personal data with any third parties or sponsors.

How can I view or remove myself from any of your lists?

You can manage your data and subscriptions via the following methods:

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

 If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
